The Associate Account Executive will play a key role in driving sales growth and building core skills in sales within a mission-driven association that impacts leading organizations globally. Responsibilities:- Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, the Associate Account Executive will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organization within Salesforce, learning how to ask consultative questions to identify the best training courses, memberships, or conference registrations for individuals and small teams, and collaborating with senior sales executives to understand a proven sales process.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in education sales or a background as a corporate trainer, with highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a strong phone presence.
- Strong multitasking abilities, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude are essential for this role, as well as a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and working well within a highly motivated, client-focused team environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in education sales or a background as a corporate trainer
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills, including a strong phone presence
- Strong multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude, willingness to support team members, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Salesforce CRM experience is preferred
- Fast learner with the ability to build and maintain sales pipelines to achieve course enrollment goals
- Works well within a highly motivated, client-focused team environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome) or relevant work experience
