Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Vacation Ownership Account Specialist to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our portfolio services staff, you will be responsible for reviewing and responding to consumer complaints regarding the servicing and collecting of mortgage and/or maintenance fees associated with vacation ownership accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter complaints into the complaint management system, ensuring accurate information and classification.
- Research and respond to complaints, concerns, and inquiries in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations.
- Legally, ethically, and confidentially handle correspondence and/or payments received.
- Maintain and update information in the complaint management system and support documentation related to owner accounts.
- Provide effective leadership to the team in support of supervisors and leads.
- Assist with the development of company policies and procedures in conjunction with complaint handling, collection tactics, and practices.
- Assist with collection efforts to maintain acceptable delinquency percentages as provided by financial management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word.
