Job Title: Research Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Research Manager to join our Research Team at Walmart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and clients, delivering a high level of customer satisfaction and successful product use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end research projects from proposal creation to questionnaire design, self-serve programming, and fieldwork management with support and oversight from Senior Manager.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned accounts, help them with issues, consult on research needs, support annual research planning, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Lead and/or support internal and external training programs (i.e., courses, webinars, etc.)
  • Proactively identify product updates that reflect user requests, industry, market, and competitive trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of market research experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of SPSS and/or other quantitative reporting tools desirable.
  • Familiarity with online data collection tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, etc.).
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite; specifically, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
