Yacht Sales Manager Opportunity

SI Yachts, a Germain Company, is seeking a highly skilled Yacht Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for retailing new, used, and brokerage boats and yachts at our waterfront locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling luxury yachts to high-end clients.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize losses.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven experience in high-end boat and yacht sales, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools to track sales and manage inventory.
