Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Wireless Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Cricket by Crown Wireless. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales experiences to our customers, promoting mobile devices and services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell wireless phones, service plans, and accessories to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, including gross and net sales, accessory sales, and retention goals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Participate in outside marketing events to promote Cricket Wireless products and services
Requirements
  • At least one year of retail experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods
  • Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus
  • Independent and self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills
