The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in assisting guests with their travel arrangements and promoting the various offerings available at Nemacolin. This position involves responding to guest inquiries about resort amenities, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of services and operational hours, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Additionally, this role provides opportunities for monthly incentives based on personal performance metrics and call evaluations, with the potential for increased earnings through higher conversion rates and team achievements.

AGENTS CAN EARN AN ADDITIONAL $4.00 - $6.00 PER HOUR THROUGH OUR INCENTIVE PLAN.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist guests with inquiries regarding resort offerings.
  • Process gift card requests.
  • Maintain current knowledge of all resort amenities and operational hours.
  • Provide information about local attractions, including shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational activities.
  • Exhibit exceptional service standards in line with our Five-Star and Five-Diamond reputation.
  • Follow established conversation guidelines during phone interactions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure a Five-Star guest experience.
  • Participate in training programs, including experiencing the resort as a guest through overnight stays, dining, and utilizing spa services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English is required.
