  • Maintain updated guest messages, ensuring accurate and timely communication.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously.
