Key Responsibilities- Transportation Services: Safely transport patients and visitors between medical center appointments, garages, and designated parking areas.
- Parking Management: Record cash and coupon transactions, manage parking fees, and maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.
- Customer Service: Welcome, direct, and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Valet Parking: Provide safe and orderly valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are returned in the same condition as received.
- Documentation: Accurately document vehicle tag information, claim numbers, and key storage locations.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth traffic flow and ensure a safe and efficient parking experience.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year of automatic driving experience and 1 year of cashier experience preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Valid Driver's License from a USA state.
This is a per diem position that requires working every weekend, holiday, and flexible rotating hours. The Service Agent will be required to stand, walk, and work in outdoor elements.
