Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in technical training sessions at GFC facilities and national manufacturer training centers.
  • Develop the capability to operate independently.
  • Primarily maintain and service printers and Multi-Functional Devices.
  • Achieve proficiency in the servicing of assigned equipment.
  • Troubleshoot basic connectivity issues related to printing and scanning.
  • Update and manage machine firmware as necessary.
  • Assist with software installations and provide ongoing support.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of car stock.
  • Efficiently handle service call assignments based on location and urgency.
  • Utilize mobile dispatching software to accurately dispatch, arrive, and close out service calls.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using company-provided technology, including laptops, smartphones, and software applications.
  • Ability to pass required drug screenings and background checks.
  • Capability to lift up to 75 pounds.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance as per state regulations.
  • Access to a reliable vehicle with secure storage for company-issued equipment.

Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and mechanical systems.
  • Understanding of network connectivity.
