At PEAK Technical Staffing USA, we are seeking an experienced Imaging Engineer II to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a Biomedical Equipment Technician (BMET) to advance their career by learning medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Service (40%): Perform scheduled maintenance, performance assurance, and operational verification on imaging equipment. Repair, install, and calibrate imaging systems. Communicate the status of repairs and inspections with supervisors and customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance (25%): Maintain equipment database and ensure accuracy. Comply with all regulatory and safety standards, including working with medical physicists on radiation outputs. Complete all service documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Account Relationship Management (25%): Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Discuss equipment status and functionality with clinicians. Represent the company positively by adhering to core values and mission.
  • Inventory Management (10%): Inspect and manage inventory, including parts for repairs and new equipment. Perform incoming inspections to maintain an accurate equipment inventory.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent military training.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, and installation of medical equipment.
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong technical skills, including computer troubleshooting, networking, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
