Job Summary:

UW HOSPITAL & CLINICS is seeking a skilled Central Services Equipment Reprocessor to join our team. As a key member of our Central Services department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of patient care equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively clean and decontaminate patient care equipment to the highest standards.
  • Operate an automated cart washer and assist with routine or project department cleaning.
  • Inspect patient care equipment using detailed checklists to ensure it is in good working order.
  • Submit service requests to Clinical Engineering for any necessary preventative maintenance or repairs on equipment.
