Rental Equipment Specialist

Full Compass Systems is seeking a skilled Rental Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Rentals Department, you will work closely with customers to understand their event needs and provide expert guidance on equipment selection and setup.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with customers to determine rental needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Pull and prepare orders, ensuring accuracy and compatibility
- Test and inspect equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Deliver and set up equipment for events, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Pro Audio, Visual, and Lighting equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
