About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Marketing Analyst to join our team at Onsite Dental in Minneapolis, MN. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion by partnering with our Business Development and Marketing teams to build a more efficient and effective sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and map key sales lists, leads, and accounts using LinkedIn and other software tools to provide valuable insights to our Business Development team.
  • Conduct cold outreach and prospecting efforts to generate meetings and leads for the Business Development team.
  • Develop strategic marketing campaigns consisting of well-written content and/or imagery to deploy to our prospect database.
  • Partner regularly with Business Development and Marketing teams to collaborate on special and/or urgent projects.
  • Assist with conference and event support to drive maximum promotion and participation in events.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong writer, marketer with a sales-mindset.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or marketing role.
  • Proficient in CRM software (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, healthcare, or a related field (preferred).
