Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Agent to join our team at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and register guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on hotel amenities and services
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
