Ambulatory Nurse Educator Opportunity

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Ambulatory Nurse Educator to join our team. As an Ambulatory Nurse Educator, you will provide professional development expertise to our ambulatory staff, fostering a culture of excellence and empowering staff through knowledge and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide orientation, competency assessment, and continuing education to all clinical staff.
  • Foster the empowerment of staff through knowledge and achievement of excellence through the delivery of evidence-based clinical practice.
  • Continually assess the learning needs of all clinical staff, lead and maintain all clinical programs and courses, while evaluating the impact of their outcomes.
  • Possess the ability to deliver information thoroughly and effectively utilizing a variety of teaching styles and techniques for the adult learner.

Requirements:

  • Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline.
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree. Other combination of education or experience may be considered.
  • 5-7 years of experience.
  • Nsg Professional Maryland Registered Nurse Certification preferred.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR.
