Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our ambulatory staff.
- Provide orientation, competency assessment, and continuing education to all clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with our leadership team to identify learning needs and develop targeted training programs.
- Lead and maintain all clinical programs and courses, evaluating their impact and making recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize a variety of teaching styles and techniques to deliver information effectively to adult learners.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on professional development and education.
- Seasoned professional knowledge, equivalent to a Master's degree, with expertise in more than one discipline.
- Nsg Professional Maryland Registered Nurse Certification preferred.
- Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- American Heart Association CPR certification.
