Ambulatory Nurse Educator and Clinical Practice Expert

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled Ambulatory Nurse Educator and Clinical Practice Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing professional development expertise to our ambulatory staff, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting evidence-based clinical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our ambulatory staff.
  • Provide orientation, competency assessment, and continuing education to all clinical staff.
  • Lead and maintain all clinical programs and courses, evaluating their impact and effectiveness.
  • Deliver information thoroughly and effectively to adult learners using various teaching styles and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting.
  • Nsg Professional Maryland Registered Nurse Certification preferred.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association CPR certification.
