Professional Development Specialist - Ambulatory Nurse Educator

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a highly skilled Professional Development Specialist - Ambulatory Nurse Educator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance and support to our ambulatory staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our ambulatory staff.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to promote knowledge retention and application.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in nursing education or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful professional development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
