Administrative Project Manager

The Administrative Project Manager will oversee the planning and implementation of special projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role will work closely with the CEO and other Chief Officers to drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of special projects, providing direction and ensuring successful completion.
- Oversee staff roundtables and quarterly All Staff Trainings, preparing recommendations for leadership.
- Support grant research and submission, maintaining contact with local and state government opportunities.
- Build relationships with key vendors, overseeing service management.
- Establish systems and processes for effective organization-wide workflow, focusing on technology and data sharing.
- Draft schedules for long-range plans and proposals, monitoring project progress and reporting to leadership.
- Prepare written and statistical reports, including grant tracking and financial forecasting.
- Perform risk management and quality assurance activities, ensuring program integrity and continuity.
- Evaluate and negotiate vendor relationships, identifying opportunities for joint contracts and cost savings.
- Develop and lead ad hoc committees to advise on projects and process development.
- Administer the Sustainability Committee, promoting a sustainable and environmentally conscious campus.
- Support fundraising and logistics for the annual gala, Black Tie & Tails.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- At least five years of related experience, with management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of successful financial modeling and project management.
