Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full culinary management of our food service operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
  • Develop and implement menu strategies, focusing on quality, production, sanitation, and cost controls.
  • Promote sustainability and utilize local food products to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Lead a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in culinary management, with a strong background in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurants.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to develop and implement cost controls, purchasing, and inventory management strategies.
  • Experience with exposition cooking and a passion for sustainability.
  • ServSafe certification is a plus.
