Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Administrative Assistant to join our team at Allied Insurance Managers, Inc.

As an Insurance Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agents by handling phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for processing paperwork, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Support our agents by directing customer inquiries to the appropriate department
  • Process paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Order office supplies and maintain a well-stocked office
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in customer service or the insurance industry
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED, some college experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
