Claims Management Specialist

The Insurance Claims Coordinator will be the central point of contact for all claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system
  • Monitoring and updating jobs in the required operating system to ensure smooth claims process flow and cycle times
  • Ensuring accurate and timely uploading of photos and documents, as well as follow-up for missing information from homeowners and insurance/mortgage companies
  • Managing customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolutions
  • Assisting with creating job estimates and collaborating with the Estimator/Project Manager on final estimates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information
  • Experience with CRM software and operating systems

Work Environment

  • Sitting for long periods while using office equipment
  • Close visual acuity for detail-oriented activities
  • Ability to work in a variety of building environments
