Insurance Claims Coordinator

Claims Management Specialist
The Insurance Claims Coordinator will be the central point of contact for all claims, ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion in the CRM system
- Monitoring and updating jobs in the required operating system to ensure smooth claims process flow and cycle times
- Ensuring accurate and timely uploading of photos and documents, as well as follow-up for missing information from homeowners and insurance/mortgage companies
- Managing customer service issues and complaints, documenting actions and resolutions
- Assisting with creating job estimates and collaborating with the Estimator/Project Manager on final estimates
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or applicable experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) required
- Ability to manage highly confidential information
- Experience with CRM software and operating systems
Work Environment
- Sitting for long periods while using office equipment
- Close visual acuity for detail-oriented activities
- Ability to work in a variety of building environments
