Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Geoscience Project Manager, you will:
1. Lead and oversee complex projects related to geologic modeling and carbon capture and storage (CCS).
2. Utilize your expertise in geologic processes and subsurface characterization to develop effective CCS strategies.
3. Mentor junior staff and ensure high-quality technical reports and proposals are prepared.
4. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to address their needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- An MS or PhD in geology, geoscience, earth science, engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in geologic modeling and CCS.
- Proficiency in geologic software such as Leapfrog, Petrel, or equivalent.
- Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
Additional Requirements:
This position may involve travel to project sites and the ability to work in varying environmental conditions. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience, ranging from $80,000 to $120,000.
