We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team at the Archbishop Brunett Retreat Center in Federal Way, WA. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and hospitality of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in all public spaces and guest rooms.
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of the Kitchen and Dining Room, including meal preparation and serving as needed.
- Ensure the Chapel is clean, supplied, and properly maintained according to Catholic liturgical norms.
- Responsible for setting up conference rooms and other spaces for guests, including determining equipment and room set-ups.
- Order and maintain housekeeping supplies, including coffee bar supplies and linens.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of public spaces and guest rooms during non-peak hours.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to maintain potted plants and flowers within and adjacent to the Retreat Center buildings.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least six months of housekeeping experience.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work evenings until 8pm.
- Familiarity with and reverence for Catholic liturgical norms.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
