We are seeking a highly skilled Breast Sonographer/Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

As a patient-centered professional, you will provide excellent customer service and guide patients through the ultrasound process, answering their questions and addressing their concerns. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing routine and advanced ultrasound imaging procedures on designated portions of the body
  • Adjusting scan parameters correctly and as needed
  • Maintaining positive working relationships with radiologists, referring customers, and other associates
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and maintaining confidentiality
  • Preparing examinations for interpretation by radiologists, including correct identification and processing of films

Requirements for this role include:

  • ARDMS registration and current certification
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of radiography
  • Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
  • OSHA Class I exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens certification
  • Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

Preferred qualifications include bilinguality and experience with imaging software upgrades.
