Associate Mental Health Therapist

Associate Level Provider PositionWe are seeking Associate Level Providers who share our passion for therapy and counseling. Our Associate providers enjoy a team-based work atmosphere, flexible caseload sizes, and the opportunity to work with clients at times that suit their needs. We are looking for providers who can commit to mid-late afternoon and evening sessions, as well as weekend daytime availability.
Key Responsibilities- Perform clinical counseling services to clients as scheduled, in compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethics in all aspects of work with clients, colleagues, and others.
- Respond to clients' correspondence in a timely manner.
- Complete records and reports on time for each client.
- Demonstrate strong case conceptualization skills.
- Conduct counseling services in a professional manner to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of the Practice.
- Provide high-quality client service.
- Work closely with supervisor and other Practice leaders in developing clinical services.
- Associate License (or soon to be) in Washington State.
- 1 year of directly related work experience.
- Residing in Washington State or having concrete plans to relocate to WA state.
- Availability to provide counseling services during the days/times that our clients can most typically attend sessions.
- Comprehensive employee pay, including consistent pay and benefits based on desired caseload size.

- Compensation for onboarding time and 5 CEUs (Law and Ethics).
- Tech stipend monthly.
- Continuing education opportunities, including monthly lunch & learns, consults, in-house CEUs, and special topics.
- Access to up to 25 CEUs from our Virtual Training Library per year.
- WA Family and Medical Leave eligibility.
