Job Summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the fueling area, restrooms, and surrounding grounds.
  • Inventory Management: Restock shelves, monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age for Washington locations and Graveyard shift).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
