Executive Sous Chef

Saz's Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art kitchen in Walker's Point.
We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional food and service, and who has a proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Chef and Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and kitchen procedures
- Manage inventory, place daily orders, and oversee the preparation of food and beverages
- Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to ensure exceptional service and quality
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the culinary team
- 5+ years of culinary experience, with at least 3 years in a Sous Chef role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- A competitive salary range of $62-$67K
