Behavioral Health Nurse

Job Summary:
Alivation Health, LLC is seeking a skilled Behavioral Health Nurse to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our patients. Key Responsibilities:
Handles confidential information with professional discretion and compliance with protected health information, data integrity, and security policies.
Assists in maintaining patient records and confers with families, agencies, and pharmacies regarding patient care.
Provides oversight and assists in determining the needs of the patient and acts as a liaison between the medical provider and the patient for refill requests and other patient needs.
Manages emergency situations with patients in the office and supervises the process of prescription prior authorization.
Performs selected nursing and administrative duties and assists the physician as part of the clinical team.
Administers medication injections as needed and draws blood to check for certain levels.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
State of Nebraska Current Medication Aid certification required.
Preferred: Proficient in Phlebotomy & Injection Skills, Proficient Medical Terminology, Familiar with EMR Systems.
Experience:
Direct patient care in a high-volume clinic setting preferred.
