Job Summary:

360 Behavioral Health is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.
  • Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.
  • Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.
  • Receiving and utilizing ongoing training, guidance, and support.
  • Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.
  • Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
  • Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
