About the Role:
As an Account Executive at Michael Page, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with clients in the Houston area. This is a challenging and stimulating role that requires a strong commercial acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
- Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
- Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
- Participate in proposal development and pitch
- Negotiate commercial terms and rates
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales or recruitment
- Proven track record of success in client prospecting and lead generation
- Strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Experience with cold outreach and negotiation
