Our client, a leader in medical software and device solutions, is seeking a dedicated and organized individual to enhance their operational capabilities. The ideal candidate for the Adherence Specialist role will possess a keen attention to detail and a passion for assisting others. This position involves supporting the Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) administrative and sales teams with essential daily tasks related to patient management and adherence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze client records to generate adherence reports.
  • Proactively reach out to clients with low adherence through calls or messages.
  • Coordinate service requests and manage deactivations as necessary.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of RPM patient data within company systems.
  • Identify and report client needs for deactivation, hospitalizations, vacations, and recurring low adherence issues.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including internet-based tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is essential.
