Job Title: Blood Bank Technical Coordinator

Methodist Health System is seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Technical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate lab results, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate and timely lab results
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology
  • MT(ASCP) or equivalent certification
  • 2 years of work-related experience
