Commercial Insurance Audit Specialist

The Insurance Premium Auditor role involves conducting insurance premium audits for commercial clients across Columbia MD and surrounding areas. This is a full-time, home-based position requiring 3-4 days of travel per week. As an Auditor of Insurance Premiums, you will be responsible for reviewing accounting records, conducting on-site interviews, and examining records to validate premium assignments.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance premium audits for commercial clients.
- Review and analyze accounting records to identify discrepancies.
- Communicate with clients to schedule appointments and gather information.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- A two-year degree in accounting or related subject preferred.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
