Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee purchasing, menu compliance, inventory management, food cost analysis, and production forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to Sodexo Culinary standards, including recipe compliance and food quality.

- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Utilize automated food inventory, ordering, production, and management systems effectively.
- Manage daily food production, including planning and controls.
- Uphold high expectations for customer service and food quality.

Compensation and Qualifications:
Sodexo offers competitive and equitable compensation, influenced by a candidate's education and relevant experience.
The budgeted range for this position is available, but final salary offers are based on individual criteria such as experience, skills, education, and training.
Basic Requirements:
- Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Management Experience: 2 years.
- Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, catering, and institutional services.
