Position Overview
At All Copy Products, our Systems Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction for both new and existing customers.

As the technical lead, you will coordinate a team of professionals to guarantee that our service execution meets the high standards expected by our clients.

Your proactive approach will focus on maintaining client environments, minimizing support needs, and swiftly addressing any IT service disruptions.

In this capacity, you will oversee the technical aspects of various projects, including server migrations, email transitions, and software implementations.

Systems Engineers are expected to manage all primary responsibilities related to client networks, acting as system administrators and overseeing all technical requirements, communication, project management, documentation, and vendor interactions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and support client environments effectively.
  • Execute project-based services with efficiency and precision.
  • Deliver high-quality work consistently.
  • Adhere to established processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes and develop new ones as necessary.
  • Keep documentation and CRM systems updated with accurate client information.
  • Document and track time accurately.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments.
  • Provide recommendations and best practices as needed.
  • Complete necessary training and certifications.

Qualifications:

Education:
Completion of a fifth-year college or university program certificate; two to four years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an IT System Administrator role or a related position.
  • At least 4 years' experience supporting Windows server environments.
  • Experience in executing various server and service migrations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across different disciplines.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with third-party applications (deployment, migration, troubleshooting).
  • Foundational knowledge of networking principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of IT System Administrator experience or 4+ years as a Field Engineer.
  • Experience in supporting and implementing virtual environments and cloud infrastructure.
  • Certifications in public cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred).
  • Experience with firewalls, wireless, switching, and routing.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions implementation.
  • A broad range of experience with various IT-related tasks.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with VMware vSphere, Fortinet/Fortigate, RMM suites (Kaseya, Solarwinds, Automate, etc.), Veeam Availability Suite, Office 365, public cloud experience (Azure/AWS), ConnectWise CRM, Windows Server, Mimecast Spam filtering, and security solutions (ERM, SIEM, MFA, etc.).


Additional Skills:

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations and interpret data.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.


Working Conditions:

The primary working environment will be in an office setting with occasional visits to client locations for support tasks.
Standard business hours apply, but responsibilities may require extended hours to meet project deadlines.
Individuals must be able to work at a computer for long periods and adapt to various client office environments.


Salary:
Non-Exempt $80,000-$120,000/year based on experience.
