Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse in Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care for a wide range of patients, including those with acute medical and surgical conditions, trauma, and chronic illnesses.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines in emergency nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
  • Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
  • CPI certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
  • ENPC certification within 9 months of hire/transfer.
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in an emergency department of an acute care facility preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year critical care experience and/or successful completion of a recognized critical care course or Orientation to Emergency Nursing Course.
