Emergency Department Nurse

MountainView Hospital is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Emergency Department. As a Registered Nurse-Emergency Room, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans for patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in an emergency department of an acute care facility preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year critical care experience and/or the successful completion of a recognized critical care course or Orientation to Emergency Nursing Course.
