Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals at MountainView Hospital. As a Registered Nurse- Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care for a wide range of patients, including those with acute medical conditions, trauma, and chronic illnesses.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in organizational and unit-based quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support the mission, philosophy, and goals of MountainView Hospital.
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current Nevada Registered Nurse (R.N.) license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications.
- CPI certification within 90 days of hire/transfer.
- ENPC certification within 9 months of hire/transfer.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in an emergency department of an acute care facility preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year critical care experience and/or successful completion of a recognized critical care course or Orientation to Emergency Nursing Course.
