Job Title: Industrial Program Leader

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Program Leader to join our team at Faurecia. As a key member of our program management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch of new products and processes in our manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the plant involvement in product, tooling, and equipment design reviews to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with the program core team to ensure equipment and processes meet safety and lean manufacturing standards.
  • Represent the plant in tooling and equipment definition and sourcing from suppliers, from kick-off to final acceptance.
  • Consolidate lessons learned about tooling and equipment during the launch period.
  • Ensure process FMEA actions are implemented and manage all equipment and process trials, including scheduling, execution, assessment, and reporting.
  • Manage the production of PPAP parts and their submission to customers.
  • Functionally manage the plant launch team through regular meetings and task assignments to ensure successful program execution.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers as a technical interface of the program.
  • Lead manufacturing program objectives in the plant, including launch cost performance, program launch report, process and machine capabilities, line capacity, direct labor, PPM, scrap-rework rate, change over time, and on-time delivery.
  • Consolidate and validate the quality of deliverables in the program management system and upload evidence in Faurecia's database.
  • Ensure the plant receives necessary internal or external support for successful product launch and escalate to management as needed.
  • Hand over the program to production and support serial life and engineering change management as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive experience in product/process engineering, manufacturing, or tooling design.
  • Experience in managing and/or leading multifunctional teams.
  • Technical skills: competent to work with equipment/tooling specifications, setup, and tuning; P-FMEA and control plan; lean manufacturing; health and safety requirements; risk assessment; and ergonomics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English fluent.
  • Understanding of finance basics, including costing, investments, launch costs, and plant P&L.
