  • Develop Sales Growth Strategies and implement cost control measures to optimize restaurant performance.
  • Support Staffing Processes, including hiring, firing, and staff development, ensuring a high-performing team.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience in the restaurant industry, with a proven track record of management experience.
  • ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain certification prior to completion of training.
  • Strong Communication Skills and proficiency in English, with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
  • Leadership and Supervisory Skills, with experience in training, evaluating, coaching, delegating, and supervising.
  • Mathematical and Organizational Skills, with the ability to accurately follow recipes and manage inventory.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to Prioritize Tasks and manage stress, with excellent customer service skills.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Significant Interaction with Customers, working with cooking equipment, and navigating slippery surfaces.
  • Standing for Prolonged Periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing various physical activities like bending and climbing.
  • Working in Varied Temperatures, including refrigerated areas and around hot or cold foods.
