Key Responsibilities
As a Regional Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing pre-sales assistance for digital product offerings, focusing on driving significant digital adoptions.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with IT decision-makers and administrators at key accounts.
  • Staying informed about systems, policies, and procedures that impact the successful implementation of digital products.
  • Collaborating with Account Executives in the region to support digital learning solution sales.
  • Identifying potential Digital Power Users and engaging them in our Digital Power User Program.
  • Working with Key Accounts Managers to devise strategies for digital product development at major accounts.
  • Proactively interacting with existing customers to enhance retention of digital adoptions.
  • Delivering digital training and implementation support for large-scale adoptions.
  • Coordinating and conducting First Class In-Service sessions at the beginning of each term.
  • Providing regular updates and training to Account Executives and Digital Solutions Coordinators.
  • Monitoring digital product usage and developing strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Gathering customer feedback and market insights to improve our digital solutions.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in direct sales or customer success.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in higher education sales and familiarity with digital learning products.
  • The ability to travel regularly.
