- Some sites involve working in warehouse loading docks for shipping and receiving.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Key skills required include: Mailroom operations, Shipping and Receiving, Troubleshooting print equipment, Copying and Printing.
- Employees will operate at various client locations, both with and without supervision. Training will be provided.
- Ability to resolve minor printer issues and general knowledge of office printing equipment is necessary.
- Mailroom duties include managing incoming and outgoing mail per site guidelines.
- Reception and hospitality tasks may involve answering calls, scheduling conference rooms via Outlook, and interacting with clients through various communication platforms.
- Employees may be reassigned to different sites throughout the day.
- Shift hours may vary by location, typically ranging from early morning to evening.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, with availability needed between early morning and evening hours.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in the service team, supporting daily operations for all contracted services within a designated area.
- Provide coverage for absences or vacations of onsite personnel, which may include site management duties.
- May need to report to alternate sites, which could involve additional travel time.
- Assist management in process enhancements, procedural testing, and ensuring compliance with operational best practices.
- Support the implementation of new client accounts and service expansions.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and cross-training team members.
- Contribute to the development of Site Procedure Guides and share best practices across the area.
- Regularly review Site Procedures Guides for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct daily inspections of site services to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Foster a customer-focused environment.
- Responsible for escalating client issues to management and ensuring resolution.
- Communicate effectively and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Submit monthly expense reports accurately and on time, adhering to coding requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Post-secondary education is encouraged and preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and communication tools is necessary.
- Experience in mailroom operations, reception, hospitality, and print production is preferred.
