- Domain expertise in infrastructure and/or SRE, with a solid technical background and experience working collaboratively across organizations.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience building and fostering effective working relationships.

- Data-driven approach to program management, with experience building tools, collecting and analyzing data, and driving stakeholder buy-in.
