Position Overview

The Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for establishing and implementing quality assurance standards and metrics for the information technology services within Software Technology Inc. This role involves collecting and analyzing data to support various business cases.

Key Responsibilities

The analyst will assist in conducting load, stress, and performance testing necessary for software applications. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and comprehending all business, design, and functional requirements.
  • Gathering appropriate system requirements to develop effective performance test plans, strategies, scenarios, scripts, and test data.
  • Setting up performance monitoring systems.
  • Executing tests to evaluate bottlenecks, baselines, scalability, and breakpoints to ensure performance benchmarks are achieved.
  • Analyzing performance metrics and test results.
  • Collaborating with project team members to troubleshoot performance-related issues.

This position also coordinates testing activities and ensures timely delivery of all testing outputs, verifying that all software applications undergo comprehensive performance testing and meet established performance goals.


Required Skills and Experience

Skill Set:

  • Manual Testing: Required - 8 Years
  • SQL Server (Basic Query): Desired - 3 Years
  • DevOps Tools: Required - 3 Years
  • Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC): Required - 5 Years
Important Considerations

All candidates must adhere to the following:
