Position Overview:

The Client Services Representative II plays a crucial role in supporting project logistics by adhering to established plans and guidelines. This position involves following defined processes to address routine inquiries and reviewing project goals, deliverables, and milestones. The representative will engage in both internal and external meetings, assisting team members in delivering presentations to diverse audiences. Utilizing standard knowledge, the representative will contribute to the development of content and communications that align with sales objectives. Additionally, the role involves gathering and providing information on health insurance benefits and product offerings to assist supervisors and cross-functional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with team members to share and obtain essential information. Actively listens to feedback and provides constructive input to peers. Embraces opportunities for learning and development, recognizing personal strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Completes routine tasks by following daily instructions with moderate supervision. Works collaboratively to resolve both routine and some non-routine issues, communicating status updates and escalating complex matters as necessary.
  • Assists in the administration of benefits and products by supporting internal processes related to offerings presented to clients. Gathers and provides information on health insurance benefits, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Enhances communication efforts by participating in meetings and assisting in formal presentations. Stays informed on relevant information and developments to effectively contribute to content creation that supports sales initiatives.
  • Ensures effective use of sales data by preparing for and assisting with data entry, reconciliation, and processing in departmental systems, maintaining data integrity and reliability.
  • Fosters positive relationships with clients and partners by supporting data organization and identifying recommendations that align with KP's mission and values. Utilizes knowledge of products and services to educate clients on enhancements and additional offerings.
  • Contributes to project management by adhering to established plans for logistics, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines, and following instructions to monitor project components.
  • Supports the execution of sales processes by accurately processing client information and assisting with routine business operations related to client requests.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent AND a minimum of one (1) year of experience in a corporate or business office environment, which may include relevant internship experience OR a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a corporate or business office environment.

  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Proficient in Data Entry; Business Relationship Management; Time Management.
