Job Overview:

This role offers the flexibility of remote work options following training. Enjoy complimentary cable and internet services from day one. Shift differentials are available, along with a performance bonus ranging from $1,000 to $1,500 monthly for top achievers. Availability is required from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday, and 8 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays.

Objective:

Contribute to the achievement of Midco's revenue goals by promoting and selling products and services within the residential sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries from residential clients regarding Midco's offerings.
  • Utilize value-based selling techniques to identify suitable products and services for customers.
  • Engage in sales and upselling of Midco products to both new and existing clientele.
  • Conduct proactive outbound calls related to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Generate sales leads by researching potential customers, establishing rapport, and providing detailed product information.
  • Enhance revenue by analyzing customer purchase history and recommending relevant products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and set up accounts for new clients.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly.
  • Surpass organizational targets for revenue generation and upselling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external sales personnel to ensure a superior customer experience.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Adhere to privacy guidelines to protect customer information.
  • Maintain regular attendance as per job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant sales or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Work Environment:

The role may require occasional physical activities such as reaching, stooping, or kneeling. The work environment may be moderately loud, and employees may need to work beyond standard hours as business needs arise.
