Corporate Purchasing Card Administrator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Card Management Specialist to join our team at Universal Technical Institute. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our purchasing card program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Issue and track purchasing cards (p-cards), ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to cardholders, including creating new 'out of pocket' users as requested.
  • Create and distribute regular reports on purchasing metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and insights.
  • Monitor compliance with company purchasing and travel policies, participating in policy update processes.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in a related field is highly preferred.
  • At least four years of experience in purchasing/travel card administration functions is necessary.
  • SAP Concur Expense Management software experience is desirable, as is knowledge of card payment systems and related SOX regulations.
