Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Services Tray Line Specialist to join our team in Phoenix Maryvale.

Compensation Package

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $15.25-$16.75 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401k matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meal trays according to specific dietary requirements and patient orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a safe and clean tray line area.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure meals are ready for delivery and meet hospital standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to support continuous operation of the tray line.
  • Verify that all dietary modifications, food restrictions, and allergy requirements are accurately reflected on each tray.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and quality throughout the tray line process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or dietary support roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic food safety practices; ServSafe or State Food Handlers card a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong team orientation and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
