Create thorough project documentation, including project charters, risk management strategies, and progress reports.
Monitor project performance, particularly to evaluate the successful achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives.
Engage with stakeholders to gather detailed project briefs and clarify specific requirements for each IT initiative.
Assign project responsibilities based on team members' unique strengths, skills, and experience levels.
Utilize and continuously enhance leadership abilities to mentor and support project team members.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Perform additional related tasks as needed to support the IT department and overall organizational goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile certification (e.g., Proven experience in managing multiple IT initiatives concurrently using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT or a related field.
5+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated expertise in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Strong understanding of IT project management principles and practices.
Proven ability to complete IT initiatives on time and within budget.
